- 2 cups rhubarb, cut in 1/2 inch pieces
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1 beaten egg
- 1 pie shell, unbaked
make it
Put ingredients into unbaked pie shell. Cover with crust.
Bake at 400°F for 10 minutes, then at 350°F for 35 minutes.
