what you need
- 2 lb. hamburger
- 1 package crackers
- 1 big can Ro*Tel
- 1 egg
- Salt and pepper
- 1/4 cup honey
- Bull's-Eye Barbeque Sauce
make it
In big mixing bowl put hamburger and crackers. Drain Ro*Tel, and put in bowl. Add egg, salt and pepper. Mix together put in iron skillet.
Turn on oven about 350 degrees F. Bake for 1 hour or until done.
Mix honey & Bulls-Eye Barbeque Sauce together. Put on top of meatloaf.
