what you need
- 2 racks pork ribs
- 1/2 gallon apple cider
- 6 cups brown sugar
make it
Cut ribs in to serving size (4 to 5 ribs) poke holes with fork.
Place ribs in gallon size locking freezable bag, add apple cider until covered.
Refrigerate for 24 hour, turning occasionally.
Bed a 1/2 cup brown sugar on foil, stack 2 serving of ribs on bed, then wrap. Place in to baking pan.
Bake for 2 hours at about 350 degrees F - turning ribs every hour.
Notes
Rinse ribs before place in bag. Do not rinse after marinating.
