what you need
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 3 whole eggs
- 1 cup parmesan cheese
- Salt
- Pepper
- Garlic powder
- 1/2 cup olive or canola oil
make it
Wash chicken breasts and pat dry with paper towel. Break eggs and beat in a shallow container. Pour parmesan cheese into shallow bowl or pan.
Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste. Dip in egg mixture and roll in cheese.
Have oil hot and ready to go. Place prepared chicken in hot oil and fry until golden brown and juices run clear. Place on dish on paper towels to drain. Enjoy!
