what you need
- 2 small or 1 large cucumber, peeled, seeds removed, chopped
- 4-6 tomatoes, cut in half, squeeze to remove seeds and chop
- 1 stalk celery, chop
- 1 large green pepper, seeded and chopped
- Vinegar to taste
- Sugar or Splenda to taste
make it
Combine all ingredients.
Store in refrigerator.
Serve with chips or just on plate with meal.
Notes
This uses all those extra tomatoes and cucumbers up and is good and good for you.
