what you need
- Lemons or 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 1 pkg. Philadelphia Cream Cheese
- 1 can Eagle Brand Milk
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla flavor
- 1 tub (8 oz.) Cool Whip, divided
- 1 large graham cracker crust
make it
Squeeze lemons to obtain 1/3 cup juice. Warm cream cheese in microwave to ease whipping.
Mix cream cheese in medium size mixer bowl. Add lemon juice, Eagle brand milk, vanilla flavoring, and 2 oz. Cool Whip until well mixed.
Pour into cracker crust and chill for 10 minutes. Add Cool Whip to top and lift with spatula to have peaks.
Notes
Refrigerate pie until ready to eat. Refrigerate any pie left.
