what you need
- 1/2 cup butter (room temp.)
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
make it
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Butter and flour 9x13 pan. Beat butter and both sugars in large mixing bowl until light and fluffy. Add egg, vanilla, flour, salt and baking soda. Mix until well blended.
Spread batter in pan.
Bake for 25-30 minutes. Cool before cutting.
