what you need
- 6 boneless center cut pork chops
- 1 cup flavored bread crumbs
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup corn oil
make it
Spread bread crumbs over a sheet of wax paper. Beat two eggs in a bowl. Heat corn oil in a large skillet.
Dip pork chops in egg and then roll in the bread crumbs.
Fry the chops till brown (app 1 minute per side). Drain on paper towels.
Place chops on baking sheet and bake in a 350 degrees F oven for 30 minutes.
Notes
Serve with mashed potatoes, green beans sauteed in olive oil with garlic, and applesauce.
