Jim`s Country Style Pork Ribs

what you need
  • 6 country style pork ribs
  • 1 can (46 oz.) pineapple juice
  • 1 large bottle barbecue sauce
make it
1. Trim excess fat from ribs. Place ribs with pineapple juice in a large stock pot, place on stove and boil for 1 hour.

2. Drain juice from ribs, and place ribs on a cookie sheet. Baste ribs with barbecue sauce on 1 side, place in oven and broil for 2 1/2 minutes. Take out of oven and baste and broil the other side.

3. Take out and baste a 3rd time and let set for 5 minutes. They are now ready to serve.
Notes
These ribs will be the most tenderest ribs you will ever have eaten. You will have to move them with a spatula.
