Pineapple Marinade Chicken

what you need
- 3.5 cups pineapple juice
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1 cup dry white wine
- 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 tsp. garlic, minced fine
make it
Mix all ingredients together. Combine newly created marinade with desired number of chicken breasts.
Let chicken breast soak in marinade for 24 hours.
Cook any way you desire. Best cooked on grill. However if you decide to bake it, pull chicken breast out of marinade and place no stick baking sheet (or spray with pam). Cook at 350°F for around 30 minutes. Also, this is great cooked in a skillet; just add a little butter before cooking breasts. Yummy! Place pineapple circle on top of chicken breast, serve immediately.
Notes
Remember never use a marinade as a sauce or gravy! If you pour a little over chicken breasts before you cook it that is fine. But don't pour it over after the chicken breast is cooked!
