what you need
- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- Morton Nature's Seasons Seasoning Blend
- 4 large portobello mushroom caps
- 2 large onions
- 2 cans Campbell's cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup Kraft Mozzarella Cheese
make it
Preheat oven 425°F. Put chicken into baking dish and season with Morton Nature’s Seasons.
Clean and slice portobello mushrooms, place on top of chicken, and the same with the onions. Smother in cream of mushroom soup, top with cheese.
Bake for 1 hour.
