123 Peanut Butter Cookies

- 2 cups peanut butter
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 eggs

Preheat oven to 325°F. Mix all the ingredients till blended.
Form into small balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheet and gently press down with the back or a fork.
Cook for 8-11 minutes. Ovens will vary, but 325-350°F works great.
Notes
For an even more peanut buttery taste, pull out the cookie sheet halfway through the cooking time and place peanut butter chips in the center of each cookie.
