what you need
- 1 package (5.1 ounce) Jell-O Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding and Pie Filling
- 1 can (20 ounce) crushed Dole pineapple in heavy syrup, undrained
- 1 container (8 ounce) sour cream
- 1 (9-inch) graham pie crust
- 1/2 cup Baker's Angel Flake Sweetened Coconut; if desired
make it
In a large bowl, combine the vanilla pudding mix, undrained crushed pineapple, and sour cream; stir until well blended, and add coconut if desired; blending into mixture.
Pour mixture into pie crust, and you're done!!!
Cover and chill 2 hours before serving.
Notes
Don't make the vanilla pudding according to the package directions; just add the dry mix to the other ingredients.
If you like, decorate the pie with whipped topping, flaked coconut, and maraschino cherries for that tropical look!
