what you need
- 2 lb. ground chuck (lean beef)
- 2 cans chili beans
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 lg. can tomato sauce + 1 can water
- 1 can Ro*Tel (med. flavor)
- 1 small onion (chopped)
- 1 pkg. chili seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- Shredded cheese
- Sour Cream
- Fritos or crackers

Brown beef, drain if needed. While meat is cooking, mix: beans, tomatoes, tomato sauce, water, Ro*Tel, and onion in large pot. Gradually stir in chili seasoning.
Bring to boil. Add browned & drained meat. Simmer 30-45 minutes.
Serve with shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream & Fritos or crackers.
