Marie's Cheesecake (World's Best)

what you need
- 4 pkg. (8 oz. each) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese
- 16 oz. BREAKSTONE'S Sour Cream (1 pint)
- 1/4 lb. unsalted butter (1 stick)
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 5 eggs

Bring cream cheese, sour cream, butter, and eggs to room temperature. In a large bowl blend together all ingredients except the eggs. Beat the eggs into the mixture one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
Pour mixture into a well-buttered 10-inch spring-form pan. Place into a large roasting pan that has been half filled with hot water.
Bake in a preheated 375 degrees F oven for approximately 1 hour. Remove from oven and let cool for 1 hour before removing sides of pan. Refrigerate.
Notes
My personal preference is to cut sugar to one cup.
Cake will rise but will settle while cooling.
