what you need
- 4 chicken breasts
- 2 pkg. bacon
- 1 can jalapeno nacho peppers
make it
Preheat oven to 375°F. Cut breast into 1/2" size. Cut bacon into 3rds. I slice through the whole package to where each bacon equals 3 slices.
Take a piece of bacon and place a piece of chicken and Jalapeno on it and wrap the bacon all the way around it, insert toothpick and place on a cookie sheet. Continue until all bacon and chicken is used.
Cook for 20-25 minutes. Then remove from oven and turn on your broiler. Place cookie sheet back into the oven and cook for 2 minutes make sure the bacon doesn't burn. (This is to make bacon crisp.)
Notes
My children pop them down, so watch out.
I let the children help me make these because it is so mundane, but if you have youngsters just let them hand you the chicken or the tooth pick.
