what you need
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breast
- 8 oz. Kraft Mozzarella cheese
- 1 jar spaghetti sauce (non meat)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 oz. pasta
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil or butter
- 8 oz. Kraft Shredded Parmesan Cheese
- Garnish: Chopped fresh parsley

Preheat oven to 350°F. Make a small slice in-between each chicken breast and stuff with 2 oz. of mozzarella. In a 9x9 baking dish, add 1/4 of your sauce. Place stuffed chicken in the baking dish and pour over the rest of the sauce. Cover and bake for about 25-30 minutes or until done.
Cook pasta according to package. Add 2 tsp. salt to you water to season the pasta. Drain. Toss with oil or butter and parmesan.
To Serve: Place 1 cup of pasta on a plate. On top of the pasta add a chicken breast and some sauce. Garnish with chopped parsley.
Notes
There are other variations of this dish. For example: you could coat the chicken breast with Kraft's bread crumbs and pan fry the chicken until brown and then place in the baking dish with you sauce.
