Chicken, Potatoes and Peas

what you need
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 family pack chicken leg quarters (legs and thighs)
- 5-6 medium potatoes, diced
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 stick of butter, cut into pats
- Garlic powder, turmeric, parsley, salt and pepper to taste
- 1 can small peas
make it
Smear olive oil on the bottom of a Pyrex baking pan. Add chicken parts, potatoes, onion, butter pats and seasonings.
Place in a 425 degrees F oven for 45 minutes or until chicken is golden brown.
Then add 1/2 to a whole can of small peas and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes or until heated through.
Notes
Enjoy with a side salad and fruit cup for dessert to complete the meal.
