what you need
- 1 package cream cheese, slightly softened
- 1 tub Cool Whip
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 graham cracker pie crust
- 1 can cherry pie filling
make it
In a large bowl, combine cream cheese and Cool Whip with an electric mixer. Beat on low speed for 2 minutes. Slowly add in vanilla extract and sugar. Continue mixing until smooth.
Fill graham cracker pie crust with cream cheese mixture and spread evenly. Top with can of cherry pie filling.
Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
Notes
Any flavor of pie filling can be substituted.
For a fresher twist, top with fresh strawberries and a jar of strawberry glaze.
