what you need
- Cooking oil of choice for deep frying
- 1 1/2 cups Kraft French Dressing
- 1/2 cup Louisiana hot sauce (or to taste for hotness)
- 4 Tbsp. spike seasoning/or your choice of unsalted seasoning, divided
- 1/2 cup milk or butter milk
- 3 eggs
- 3 cups flour
- 2 family packs of chicken wings uncooked (about 12 in each 24-26 total)
- 1 cup Kraft Blue Cheese Dressing (dipping)
make it
Heat oil med-high heat or as directed by deep fryer instructions. In one small bowl, add French dressing, hot sauce, 2 Tbsp. season and set aside. In medium bowl, whisk together milk and eggs. In medium bowl, sift together flour and 2 Tbsp. seasoning.
Begin dredging chicken wings in milk mixture and then into flour mixture. Place into the deep fryer and cook until light to golden brown. Take out of fryer to drip off excess oil.
When all the wings are done cooking, pour the dressing mixture over wings and toss gently until all are covered with sauce. Serve with Kraft blue cheese dressing, for dipping!
Notes
Best served with Kraft Blue Cheese Dressing. Good with side dishes too, and a glass of milk!
