what you need
- 2 to 2 1/2 pounds potatoes
- 2 big pinches salt
- 1 tub (6 ounce) sour cream and chives
- 2 cups KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
make it
Cut potatoes in half and place in a pot. Cover with water and bring to a boil. When water boils, add 2 big pinches of salt, and boil for 10 minutes or until tender. Drain and return to the pot.
Smash the potatoes and combine sour cream and chives, and cheese.
When the cheese melts into potatoes, add salt and pepper and remash.
