what you need
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
- 1 can (8 oz.) condensed milk
- 1 tub (8 oz.) whipped topping
- 1 can (8 oz.) crushed pineapple; drained
- 1/2 cup finely chopped pecans
- 4 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 (9 oz.) graham cracker crusts
make it
Beat softened cream cheese and condensed milk in a large bowl with an electric beater on medium speed until smooth. Add whipped topping; mix until fluffy.
Add drained pineapple, pecans, and lemon juice. Lemon juice will stiffen mixture. Pour mixture into graham cracker crust; spread evenly.
Refrigerate for 4 hours or until pies are firm.
Notes
Other fruits can substitute for pineapple such as strawberries or cherries. Shaved almonds may also replace pecans. You may also mix strawberries, cherries, and pineapple; and use almonds with these fruits. Also garnish top of pie with almonds.
