what you need
- 1/2 cup Kraft Blue Cheese Dressing (chunky)
- 1 cup buttermilk (Mayfield)
- Salt (optional)
- Pepper (I like a lot 1 1/2 Tbsp.)
- 6 boneless chicken breasts
- Oil (Wesson) for deep frying, (3 to 4 cups in deep fryer)
- 2 cups flour (self-rising, Martha White)
- A paper bag (you will be surprised at how different chicken tastes)
make it
Pour blue cheese dressing, buttermilk, salt, and pepper in Glad plastic bag, shake up, and mix well.
Cut chicken breast into 4 to 5 pieces, then take and put chicken fingers in plastic bag. Let chicken sit and soak for about 2 hours.
Take paper bag and put your flour in it. Get chicken out and go from plastic bag to paper bag, with chicken, a few at a time. Shake chicken in paper bag, then take out and put in oil. Fry until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
Serve with Kraft Blue Cheese Dressing, and your favorite side dish.
Notes
Make sure the oil is hot enough (375°F).
