what you need
- 1 pkg. mini hot dogs or sausages
- 1 lb. thin sliced bacon
- Brown sugar
- Honey
make it
Drain hot dogs. Slice bacon into 3rds. Wrap each dog with bacon and place seam side down in a non-stick skillet. When all dogs are wrapped, brown on all sides until bacon is to desired crispness.
Place in a foil lined broiler proof pan. Sprinkle generously with brown sugar and drizzle well with honey.
Place under broiler to melt sugar and honey. Watch very carefully as they will burn quickly. Remove, insert toothpicks, and watch as they disappear!
