Hearty Beef Vegetable Soup

what you need
- 1 can (15 oz.) stewed tomatoes
- 1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
- 1 cup water
- 1 package onion soup mix
- 1 lb. beef stew meat
- 1 bag (10 1/2 oz.) frozen mixed vegetables (partially thawed)
make it
Place first five ingredients in a crock-pot.
Cover and cook on LOW for 6-8 hours.
Add partially thawed vegetables, turn temperature to HIGH and continue cooking for 30-45 minutes or until vegetables are done.
Notes
This is great on a cold evening served with corn bread or dinner rolls.
