what you need
- 1 pkg. Jell-O Any Flavor Red Gelatin
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup red hot candies
- 1 cup applesauce
make it
Follow directions on Jell-O package, adding red hot candies to water and heating until candies are fully melted and water is boiling.
Place contents of Jell-O package into bowl. Add water/candy mixture to Jell-O and mix until Jell-O is fully dissolved.
Add applesauce to Jell-O solution (instead of cold water as listed on pkg.) and stir until mixed. Refrigerate until fully set. Serve chilled.
