what you need
- 4 to 6 thick pork chops
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 3/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 1/2 cups Kraft Grated Mozzarella Cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
make it
Cut a pocket in the pork chops, large enough to hold a generous amount of the stuffing. Set aside in fridge. Combine rest of ingredients in a bowl and mix.
Take out chops and stuff each pocket with the stuffing mix. Seal edges with one or two toothpicks to hold stuffing, but it will puff out some during baking.
Bake 45 minutes to an hour at 350 degrees. Serve with potatoes and salad or hot veggies.
Notes
This is one of my fiance's favorite meals. He loves to cook and the recipe came from him. Using the cheese instead of bread crumbs makes the stuffing extra good! You can also use this stuffing to stuff a pork loin.
Hope you enjoy!
