HOT SAUCE:

For mild wings add 1/8 teaspoon of cayenne, or more for hotter Wings. Hot sauce should be kept warm while the wings are cooking, but should not boil or even simmer.
WINGS:
Place wings in oven preheated to 350 degrees F for 25 minutes.
When done, combine with hot sauce and bake for another 20 minutes, stir and baste several times. Serve with ranch dressing as a dipping sauce.
