what you need
- 3 eggs
- 2/3 cup of sugar
- salt
- 1 cup white corn syrup
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
- 2 cups pecan halves
- 9-inch unbaked pastry shell
make it
Beat eggs thoroughly with sugar, dash salt, white corn syrup, melted butter. Add pecan halves.
Pour into 9-inch unbaked pastry shell. Bake in moderate oven (350 degrees) 50 minutes or till knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean. Cool.
