what you need
- 1 box lemon cake mix- any brand
- 1 egg
- 1 8 oz. tub Kraft Cool Whip
- confectioners' sugar for rolling cookies in

Empty cake mix into large bowl. Add egg and Cool Whip and mix thoroughly. Drop by teaspoonful into powdered sugar and roll to cover.
Place cookies on ungreased baking sheet and bake at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes. Cookies will be soft.
Notes
This is a very soft and moist cookie but has such great flavor. It's not overly sweet and has a nice lemon taste that isn't overpowering. Such an easy recipe to make.
