what you need
- Crust
- 2 packages chocolate graham crackers (out of one box)
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- Filling
- 1 block cream cheese
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup regular sugar
- 1 cup peanut butter (crunchy or creamy, I use creamy for richness.)
- 1 large tub Cool Whip, softened and divided
- 1 cup chocolate chips, divided
- Chocolate sauce
make it
Crust - Crush graham crackers. Put sugar, crumbs, and melted butter in mixing bowl. Mix ingredients well or until it’s all wet with the butter. After mixed, put it in the bottom of a 9 inch pie pan. Bake the crust at 350 degrees F for 5 minutes. Let cool while making filling.
Filling - Put cream cheese, sugars, peanut butter, and about 2 1/2 cups of Cool whip in a large mixing bowl. Beat until smooth. Then add 3/4 cup of chocolate chips in. Mix in chocolate chips.
After it is smooth, put it in the pie pan on top of the crust. Make it pretty smooth on top. Put about 2 1/2 Cups more of Cool Whip on top, and make smooth. Decorate the top with the 1/4 cup of chocolate chips and chocolate sauce.
