what you need
- 1 pkg. (16 oz.) refrigerated sugar cookie dough
- 1/3 cup packed light brown sugar
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 3/4 cups quick oats
- 1 cup white chocolate bits
- 1/2 cup finely chopped nuts
make it
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Spray cookie sheets with nonstick spray.
Break up cookie dough into large bowl and add sugar and vanilla; mix well. Add oats, white chips, and nuts.
Drop onto sheets with cookie scoop; 2 inches apart. Bake @ 350 for about 8 minutes. Bake until brown edges or until cookies puff up.
