what you need
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 cup small bread cubes
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onions
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Dash of pepper
- 1 can Campbell’s Golden Mushroom Soup, divided
make it
Mix all ingredients above with exception of Golden Mushroom Soup. Use only 1/2 can soup now and save 1/2 can for later.
Shape firmly into loaf & place into a shallow baking pan.
Bake at 350 Degrees for 1 hour. Blend the remaining 1/2 can of soup with 1/4 cup of water. Pour over meatloaf 1/2 hour before it is done.
Notes
Meatloaf is nice and moist. I recommend glass baking pan if you have one.
