what you need
- 1 cup margrin, softend
- 2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 4 eggs
- 2 cup pumpkin
- 2 tsp. lemon extract
- 4 c flour
- 4 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. cloves
- 1 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 tsp. ginger
- 2 tsp. baking soda
make it
Mix together all ingredients until mixed well. Drop spoonfuls on cookie sheets.
Bake at 400 degrees for 10-12 minutes.

Best served right out of the oven! or heat up for 10 seconds!
