what you need
- 1 2/3 c SugarBlend™
- ¾ cup butter
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 1/3 cup FlourBlend™
- ¾ cup baking cocoa
- ½ tsp. baking powder
- ¼ tsp. salt
- ¾ cup chopped nuts (optional)
make it
Stir together SugarBlend™, butter and water in a large mixing bowl. Stir in eggs and vanilla.
Combine flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt. Stir dry mixture into the SugarBlend™ mixture. You will need to mix 3 times longer than normal with the Flourblend because it is low in Carbohydrates. Stir in nuts if desired.
Spread into greased 13"x9" baking pan. Bake in preheated 325° oven for 18 to 25 minutes or until wooden toothpick inserted in center comes out slightly sticky. Remove and cool in pan.

My husband can eat these and not have his blood sugar moved! I love this stuff! He can eat like a normal person, even on Glucophage.
