No Flour Peanut Butter Cookies

what you need

1 cup peanut butter
1 cup sugar
1 egg
1/2 cup chopped pecans

make it

Preheat oven 350°F. Mix all ingredients well.

Butter a cookie sheet. Drop onto cookie sheet with teaspoon.

Bake 12-15 minutes. Cool on a cookie rack.

Notes

Unbelievable delicious.

by fourjcsake on 1/4/2005 I have used this recipe several times and love it. I do not make it with the pecans though. I have even melted down chocolate chips, poured it into a sandwich bag and then drizzled it over the cookies--it was quite the hit at a christmas party!
