Herb-Crusted Chicken Skewers with Roasted Red Peppers and Dijon Dipping Sauce

what you need
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley, thyme, and rosemary
- 1 packet Italian Shake n' Bake
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 can roasted red peppers, drained and cut into strips
- 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1/2 cup Kraft Mayo
- 30 skewers

Combine the herbs and the Shake n' Bake well. Dip the chicken breasts in the mixture and cook according to package.
While cooking, slice the roasted red peppers into strips. Combine the Dijon mustard and the Kraft mayo together. Set aside.
After cooking and cooling the chicken for 5 minutes, cut into chunks. Add the chicken and roasted red peppers onto the skewers. Serve with the dipping sauce on a large platter. Best served room temperature.
