what you need
- 1 extra large can Jiff creamy peanut butter
- 1 box low sodium Ritz crackers
- 3 packages chocolate almond bark
make it
Put Jiff peanut butter between 2 Ritz crackers. Repeat process until there are no more Ritz crackers left in box.
In a double boiler melt chocolate almond bark. With tongs dip the crackers in the melted almond bark.
Place on wax paper and allow chocolate to harden.
Notes
These are great no bake cookies. It is important that you always use the exact ingediants listed. If you do the cookies will taste like those famous Girl Scout cookies.
