what you need
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 stick butter or margarine, melted
- 3 eggs, divided
- 1 box powdered sugar
- 1 package (8 oz.) cream cheese
make it
Preheat oven to 350°F. With a fork mix together cake mix, butter and 1 egg. Press into bottom of a 9x13 baking pan. Set aside.
Mix the remaining ingredients. Blend for 5 minutes or until smooth. Pour over first mixture.
Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until top is golden brown.(The middle is supposed to be gooey!!) Enjoy!
