what you need
- 1 yellow cake mix
- 4 eggs
- 3/4 cup oil
- 1 can (11 oz.) mandarin oranges include juice
- FROSTING:
- 1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
- 1 can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple, drain & reserve juice
- 1 container (9 oz.) Cool Whip
make it
Place all ingredients in large mixing bowl & beat with electric mixer until well combined.
Use layer pans, greased & floured. Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until done.
FROSTING - combine dry puidding mix with drained pineapple. Fold in Cool Whip until well blended.
Before frosting cake, pour the 3/4 cup pineapple juice over cooled cake. Spread with frosting & refrigerate.
