what you need
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 2 cans vegetarian vegetable soup
- 2 Tbsp. ketchup
- 1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
- 1 Tbsp. Worchestershire Sauce
- Hamburger Buns
make it
1. Brown and drain ground beef.
2. Stir in soup, ketchup, mustard, and Worchestershire sauce.
3. Warm through.
4. Serve over split hamburger buns.
Notes
The measurements for the conidments are not exact - I usually just squirt some in and then see how it tastes.
My husband will sometimes put a slice of American cheese over the mixture once it's on his bun and then micorowave it for just a sec to melt the cheese.
This recipe has been in my family for ages - a real quick easy but filling meal...Probably a good way to get kids to eat veggies as they are hidden in the soup.
