what you need
- 1 pkg. 2 pie crusts (the unfold and bake kind)
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 can of black beans, drained
- 1 can Ro*Tel Tomatoes and Green Chilies
- 2 cups Kraft Mexican Cheese (The one with peppers is great)
- 1 container (16 oz.) Breakstone’s Sour cream
- 1 jar salsa

Preheat oven to 350°F. Unfold one pie shell and press into a pie pan.
In large skillet, brown ground beef. Drain grease and return to hot pan. Add onion and cook for a few minutes to soften onion.
Mix in drained black beans and tomatoes and green chilies. Add Kraft Cheese. Pour into pie shell and spread evenly. Top with crust. Poke a vent hole in center.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until crust is golden brown (top and bottom). Let sit for 5 minutes and cut into slices. Serve with sour cream and salsa.
