what you need
- 1 frozen pie crust - baked at 400 for about 15 minutes and cooled.
- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 1/2 to 2 cups your choice ingredients
- examples: 1 cup swiss cheese and 1 cup cubed ham, 1/2 cup extra sharp cheddar, 1/2 cup regular cream cheese, 1/2 cup cubed kelbasa sausage, 1/4 cup green onion, diced, 1/4 cup tomato.

Bake frozen pie crust at 400 for about 15 minutes (or until light brown) and cool.
Prepare your selection of added ingredients while cooking and cooling pie crust.
Beat eggs in a large bowl, add cream and spice to your taste. Beat through and set aside.
Add filling ingredients to the bottom of the pie, making sure to cover the bottom. Pour on eggs, slowly, to about 1/4 inch below the crust line.
Carefully place into a preheated 400 degree oven and bake uncovered for 50 minutes. Turn oven off and let cool if not completely set. Serve warm, not hot.

VERY easy. I usually make this for Sunday breakfast and then take some to work Monday or Tuesday. So comforting. And, my secret... my husband thinks I can really cook! HA!
