what you need
- 2 boneless skinless chicken breast
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 large can green enchilada sauce
- 10 flour tortillas
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 1/2 cup diced green chilies
make it
Boil chicken breast for 45 minutes or until they fall apart. Shred the chicken when finished boiling. Preheat oven to 325 F.
Mix in a large bowl cream of mushroom soup and green enchilada sauce.
In a large baking dish, prepare tortillas by putting chicken, sauce mix, shredded cheese, a few onions and some green chilies in the middle, then roll it. Do about 8-10 of these.
Put the remaining sauce on top of enchaladas and the remaining cheese and green chilies. Put in the oven for about 25 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Notes
You may cut some of the ingredients for preferred taste.
