what you need
- 1 lb. medium shell macaroni
- 1 lb. browned ground beef (or less if you like)
- 1 medium jar spaghetti sauce (or more if you like)
- 1 can tomato paste
make it
Cook shells according to package directions. Drain. Brown ground beef and drain off excess fat.
Place in large saucepan shells, ground beef, tomato sauce and tomato paste. Heat till hot, stirring often so it doesn't stick or burn on bottom.
Serve with garlic bread and salad.

Tired of plain old spaghetti and sauce? Try my Mom's goulash. It's not your typical goulash, but it was always one of my favorites growing up and that's what we called it.
The tomato paste adds a different taste and texture than spaghetti and is OHHH SO EASY to make.
