what you need
- 1 stick butter
- 1-1/2 cups sugar, divided
- 1 box graham cracker crumbs
- 2 pkgs. Philadelphia Cream Cheese
- 4 bananas, sliced
- 2 cans crushed pineapples
- 1 Cool Whip family size
- 1 bag pecans
- 1 bottle maraschino cherries
make it
Preheat skillet. melt stick of butter. Mix butter with 1/2 cup sugar and 2 cups graham cracker crumbs till golden brown to form crust. Put pan in oven for 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, mix 1 cup sugar with Philadelphia Cream Cheese and whip till creamy, but don't over whip (you don't want it soupy). Cut up your bananas. Drain juice off pineapples.
After all this is done, on top of your crust pour cream cheese. On top of your cream cheese, sprinkle your pineapples and bananas. Cover with Cool Whip. Top with pecans and cherries set in ice box and viola.!!!!!
