what you need
- Cake:
- 1 box Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
- ½ cup Wesson Oil
- 4 eggs
- 1 can (11 oz.) Dole Mandarin Orange Segments (Do not drain)
- Frosting:
- 1 can (20 oz.) Dole Crushed Pineapple (do not drain)
- 1 box (3.4 oz.) Jell-O Instant Vanilla Pudding
- 1 tub (8 oz.) Cool Whip

Cake:
Blend all ingredients together. Mix on medium speed for 2 minutes. Pour into 3 greased and floured 9-inch cake pans. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Cool at room temperature.
Frosting:
Mix pudding in crushed pineapple (with juice). Let stand for 5 minutes. Fold in Cool Whip. Ice cake and store in refrigerator. Serve chilled.
