Beefy Rice Cabbage Casserole

what you need
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 pound ground beef or ground turkey
- 4 cups chopped cabbage
- 2 cups tomato sauce
- 3/4 cup water
- 2 teaspoons beef bouillon granules
- 1 1/2 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 1/2 cup of Minute Rice
make it
Brown onion and ground beef. Drain. In 9" x 13" pan put chopped cabbage.
In a separate bowl, mix tomato sauce, water, bouillon granules, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.
Sprinkle Minute Rice (uncoooked) over cabbage then top with browned and drained meat. Pour sauce mixture over top.
Cover and bake for 1 to 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees F.
