Cream Cheese Hamburger Rolls

what you need
- 2 pounds ground chuck
- 2 eggs
- Salt & pepper
- Bread crumbs
- Flour
- 1 package cream cheese with or without chives
- 1 can beef broth
- 1 container (8 oz.) sour cream
- 3 Tbsp. Tarragon seasoning
make it
Mix eggs, salt & pepper, bread crumbs to meat, till mixture is stiff (like making a meatloaf).
Dust counter with flour and roll meat out long and flat, and 1 1-2 inches wide. Take cream cheese and cut slices and layer length wise down middle of meat.
Then roll meat together, and pinch sides together, should look like a long tube. Cut meat into 2 inch cubes. Roll in flour and cook till no longer pink in frying pan.
Remove meat and add beef broth to drippings. When heated, add sour cream and tarragon seasoning. Cook together till mixed.
Put meat on platter, pour sauce on top, and then serve. Good with noodles and mixed veggies, garlic bread.
