what you need
- 2 lbs. hamburger
- 5 minced cloves of garlic
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 Tbsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. mustard
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 4 Tbsp. ketchup
make it
Heat oven to 375. Mix meat, garlic, onion, and spices. Use your hands and mix. Make meatloaves about 5 - 6 inches in length 4 inches wide (mini meatloaves).
Make an indention down the center, this is where you'll put the sauce. Cook meat for 20 minutes.
Prepare sauce by mixing mustard and brown sugar first. Mix well then add the ketchup and mix.
When the 20 minutes is up on the meat, use a spoon and pour the same amount of sauce all over each meatloaf. Cook for 10 minutes.
Notes
I always cut the children's loaves in half, then if they want seconds they can have the other half.
This is great with Kraft Macaroni and Cheese. My kids like the cheesey spread.
